The ARMCG Players is a professional acting troupe that presents custom-designed dramatizations to reflect your organization's most challenging issues. Live performers will role-play customized scripts related to the organization's issues, concerns, and learning objectives. Two scenarios would involve associates and one would concern external customers. After the role-play, the performers remain in role and, with the guidance of an ARMC Global facilitator, interact with the participants.

 

The participants would assume the role of their mentor, manager or friend and would ask them for each advice and counsel. The interaction between the workshop participants and the actors simulates a real-life situation. The actors alter their behavior, reactions, and questions based on the participants' advice. This exercise offers participants an opportunity to gain more insight into their personal thinking and to practice utilizing the skills and knowledge necessary to build GlobalTREE℠. They also help the participants recognize how they can all look at the same scenario but see very different things because of their life experiences; thus, the lenses through which they view things leads to different outcomes and strategies.
