Introduction to the serious games by Zarrouk Initiative

Responding calls to examine and solve women issues by enlightening girls and empowering women, Zarrouk Initiaitve proposal builds conceptual arguments between leadership behavior and gender identity using gender and cultural theories. Using a sample of players between seven and nine years old, we observed that kids are ready to defy gender bias, change their behavior and improvise as leaders. This is the first scientific based educational game that focuses on leadership from a gender perspective.

The serious games will help players -children and adults- identify their leadership potential, identify areas for change and provide guidance and good materials to act as leaders.
