Serious Games as tools of behavior change

During Zarrouk initiative training sessions, trainers will end up by discovering four types of trainees: the androgynous, the feminine, the masculine, and the undifferentiated. They will try to help each trainee to emphasize the lacking values needed in the workplace such as leadership. By doing so, mentors are not only helping males and females acquire new skills, they are also moving the society from masculine to feminine society. In other words, our serious games will help increase and sustain the level of egalitarianism inside a society.
