Zarrouk Initiative Feminist Perspective

The discrimination against women could take three forms: overt discrimination, sexual harassment and glass-ceiling (Bell, Mclaughlin & Seqeira, 2002). The glass-ceiling is then a factor enhancing women’s lack of access to power and status in life and workplace. Our serious games will try to offer players different assessments to measure their development and skills regarding how to break the glass-ceiling, to challenge gender bias and to boost their leadership behavior starting from their childhood.
